Influences of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with focused solution nursing mode on degree of postoperative swelling, pain and fear of movement in patients with osteoporosis and femoral fracture
Objective To explore the influences of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with focused solution nursing mode on degree of postoperative swelling, pain and fear of movement in patients with osteoporosis and femoral fracture. Methods A total of 240 patients with osteoporosis and femoral fracture admitted from March 2019 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with focused solution nursing mode on this basis. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the swelling value,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Tampa Scale of Kinesiophobia(TSK)and Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of each dimension of functional exercise compliance scale and Function Independent Measure(FIM)score were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with focused solution nursing mode can reduce the degree of postoperative swelling, pain and fear of movement in patients with osteoporosis and femoral fracture, elevate the compliance of rehabilitation exercise, improve the uncertainty of disease and functional independence.
