Effects of patient demand-oriented staged intervention combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education on disease health behavior and metabolism in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing CRRT
Objective To explore the effects of patient demand-oriented staged intervention combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education on disease health behavior and metabolism in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing continuous renal replace treatment(CRRT).Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received patient demand-oriented staged intervention combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of diet and medication management, disease self-monitoring,active cooperation in treatment and regular work and rest in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of serum phosphorus and total cholesterol(TC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of serum calcium was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF)score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the Kidney Disease Questionnaire(KDQ)score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patient demand-oriented staged intervention combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education can improve the health behavior and metabolism of patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing CRRT,elevate quality of life, and reduce the degree of disease fear.
