Effects of special period of circulatory posture intervention combined with empathic psychological nursing on coping style and sleep quality of patients with ocular trauma after vitrectomy
Objective To explore the effects of special period of circulatory posture intervention combined with empathic psychological nursing on coping style and sleep quality of patients with ocular trauma after vitrectomy.Methods A total of 200 patients with ocular trauma after vitrectomy admitted from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given special period of circulatory posture intervention combined with empathic psychological nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative discomfort in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the best corrected visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The special period of circulatory posture intervention combined with empathic psychological nursing can improve the coping style and sleep quality of patients with ocular trauma after vitrectomy,reduce postoperative discomfort symptoms and elevate the effect of visual recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
