Investigation on mixed teaching and examination satisfaction of Amergency and Critical Care Nursing
Objective To investigate the mixed teaching and examination satisfaction of Amergency and Critical Care Nursing,in order to provide reference value for evaluating and improving the quality of mixed teaching.Methods A total of 454 junior students majoring in nursing in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.All of them adopted mixed teaching method(18 class hours online+8 class hours offline).The online learning satisfaction,self-evaluation of online learning effect,examination forms,current satisfaction status of online examination at home,teaching feedback,learning self-efficacy and students'scores under different examination methods were analyzed.Results 83.26%of the students were satisfied with the overall effect of online learning.76.65%of the students thought that the overall effect of online learning was good.40.60%of home students were very satisfied with the overall situation of online examination,22.56%of home students were not satisfied with the overall situation of online examination.46.04%of students preferred offline teaching as the main teaching method,supplemented by online live streaming/recording;75.33%of students most preferred teaching mode was still the transfer of knowledge by teachers;88.55%of students were most inclined to take offline paper test;79.74%of students still preferred closed-book examination;78.85%of students were more inclined towards traditional question types(single choice+multiple choice+noun explanation+short answer+discussion).The total score of learning self-efficacy of 454 students was(82.52±10.62)(ranging from 34 to 108 points).The offline paper version examination scores of 321 students were better than the home online examination scores of 133 students(P<0.05).Conclusion In practical teaching,the mixed teaching mode should be perfected and the examination form and content should be deeply discussed in order to improve the overall learning effect and teaching quality of students.
