Research progress of GPRIN1 in neuromodulation and malignant tumors
G protein-regulated inducer of neurite outgrowth 1(GPRIN1)is a membrane-bound protein distributed in cell membranes, synapses and intracellular vesicles. It plays an important role in neuronal synaptogenesis and regulation, apoptosis and skeleton remodeling, proliferation, migration, invasion and prognosis of malignant tumors. The role of GPRIN1 in regulating the immune microenvironment of tumor cells and affecting tumor drug resistance has become a research hotspot of new anti-tumor therapeutic targets. This article reviews the recent studies on the role of GPRIN1 in neuronal synaptogenesis and regulation and the regulation of GPRIN1 on the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.
