GPRIN1在神经调节及恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

G蛋白调节神经突起生长诱导物 1(GPRIN1)是一种分布于细胞膜、突触和细胞内囊泡的膜结合蛋白,其在神经元突触发生和调节、细胞凋亡与骨架重塑、恶性肿瘤的增殖、迁移、侵袭及预后等方面有重要作用。GPRIN1调控肿瘤细胞免疫微环境、影响肿瘤耐药等作用已经成为新型抗肿瘤治疗靶点的研究热点。本文将近年来GPRIN1 在神经元突触发生和调节中的作用及GPRIN1 调节恶性肿瘤发生发展方面的相关研究作一综述。
Research progress of GPRIN1 in neuromodulation and malignant tumors
G protein-regulated inducer of neurite outgrowth 1(GPRIN1)is a membrane-bound protein distributed in cell membranes,synapses and intracellular vesicles.It plays an important role in neuronal synaptogenesis and regulation,apoptosis and skeleton remodeling,proliferation,migration,invasion and prognosis of malignant tumors.The role of GPRIN1 in regulating the immune microenvironment of tumor cells and affecting tumor drug resistance has become a research hotspot of new anti-tumor therapeutic targets.This article reviews the recent studies on the role of GPRIN1 in neuronal synaptogenesis and regulation and the regulation of GPRIN1 on the occurrence and development of malignant tumors.
