Exploring the effect of Yimu Suogong granules on vaginal bleeding in rats with drug-induced incomplete abortion based on the NO-cGMP-PKG signaling pathway
Objective To study the effects of Yimu Suogong granules on the levels of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS),cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)and protein kinase G(PKG)in uterine tissue by establishing a model vaginal bleeding in rat with drug-induced incomplete abortion intervened by Yimu Suogong granules,so as to explore the mechanism of Yimu Suogong granules in the treatment of model rat. Methods By combining mifepristone and misoprostol to complete the vaginal bleeding model of rats with drug-induced incomplete abortion, the rats were divided into groups, and the control drugs and different doses of Yimu Suogong granules were used for intervention. The levels of eNOS,cGMP and PKG in the uterine tissue of each group were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The vaginal bleeding time of the oxytocin group and the low, medium and high dose groups of Yimu Suogong granules were significantly shorter than that of the model group(P<0.01).The levels of eNOS,cGMP and PKG in the oxytocin group and the low, medium and high dose groups of Yimu Suogong granules were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05).The levels of eNOS,cGMP and PKG in the low dose group of Yimu Suogong granules were significantly higher than those in the oxytocin group(P<0.01).Conclusion Yimu Suogong granules may reduce the levels of eNOS,cGMP and PKG in uterine tissue of model rat by regulating NO-cGMP-PKG signaling pathway, strengthen the contraction of uterine smooth muscle and blood vessels, and shorten the time of vaginal bleeding drug-induced incomplete abortion.
