Analysis of the status and risk factors of pressure injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma coma
Objective To investigate the status and risk factors of pressure injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma coma. Methods According to the convenience sampling method,120 patients with craniocerebral trauma coma admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected. The occurrence of pressure injury was recorded, and the clinical data of patients with and without pressure injury were compared.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors affecting the occurrence of pressure injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma coma. Results There were 31 cases of pressure injury in 120 patients with craniocerebral trauma coma, and the occurrence rate was 25.83%.The patients were divided into occurrence group and non-occurrence group according to whether pressure injury occurred. In the classification of pressure injury, there were 15 cases(48.39%)in stage Ⅰ,10 cases(32.26%)in stage Ⅱ,5 cases(16.13%)in stageⅢand 1 case(3.23%)in stageⅣ.There were statistically significant differences in age, body mass index, proportion of nutritional support,Braden score,Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score, proportion of air cushion bed use and proportion of preventive dressing use between the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,no nutritional support,no use of air cushion bed and no use of preventive dressing were risk factors for pressure injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma coma, and body mass index,Braden score and GCS score were protective factors for pressure injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma coma(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,no nutritional support,no use of air cushion bed and no use of preventive dressing are risk factors for pressure injury in patients with craniocerebral trauma coma.Clinically, they should be identified as early as possible and preventive measures should be actively taken.
