Investigation of sleep status and analysis of influencing factors in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of gastrointestinal malignant tumors
Objective To investigate the sleep status of patients after laparoscopic radical resection of gastrointestinal malignant tumors and analyze the influencing factors. Methods According to the convenience sampling method, patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors who underwent laparoscopic radical resection in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected. The clinical data of the patients were collected and the sleep status was recorded, univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of sleep disorders in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of gastrointestinal malignant tumors. Results Among the 134 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumors who underwent laparoscopic radical resection,91 patients had sleep disorders, accounting for 67.91%.Among them,26 patients(19.40%)had good sleep quality,40 patients(29.85%)had general sleep quality, and 25 patients(18.66%)had poor sleep quality. There were statistically significant differences in family per capita monthly income, ward noise, postoperative pain, postoperative anxiety and postoperative depression between the sleep disorder group and the normal sleep group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that family per capita monthly income, ward noise, postoperative pain, postoperative anxiety and postoperative depression were the influencing factors of sleep disorders in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of gastrointestinal malignant tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of sleep disorders in patients after laparoscopic radical resection of gastrointestinal malignant tumors is high, and the influencing factors include family per capita monthly income, ward noise, postoperative pain, postoperative anxiety and postoperative depression.
