Effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with ademetionine in the treatment of liver failure and its influences on oxidative stress indexes
Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with ademetionine in the treatment of liver failure and its influences on oxidative stress indexes. Methods A total of 100 patients with liver failure admitted in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the parity of the patients'admission number, they were divided into control group(odd number,50 cases)and observation group(even number,50 cases). The control group was treated with conventional regimen, and the observation group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with ademetionine regimen. The therapeutic effect, liver function indexes, inflammation indexes and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of albumin(ALB)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of interleukin-10(IL-10)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and plasma cortisol(Cor)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with ademetionine can not only significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with liver failure, but also help to reduce inflammation and oxidative stress damage and promote the recovery of liver function of patients.
