阿卡波糖联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的效果及对糖脂代谢、氧化应激反应的影响

目的 探讨阿卡波糖联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症的效果及对糖脂代谢、氧化应激反应的影响。方法 选取2020年 5月至 2022 年5 月收治的120 例糖尿病合并高脂血症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各 60 例。对照组给予二甲双胍+瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察组给予阿卡波糖+瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)及氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平低于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗后,观察组的丙二醛(MDA)、8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)水平低于对照组,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平高于对照组(P<0。05)。治疗后,观察组的内皮素(ET)水平及循环内皮细胞(CEC)低于对照组,一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 阿卡波糖联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗糖尿病合并高脂血症可有效调节患者的糖脂代谢水平,减轻氧化应激反应损伤,对血管内皮功能起到保护作用,值得临床推广。
Effect of acarbose combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia and its influences on glucose and lipid metabolism and oxidative stress response
Objective To investigate the effect of acarbose combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia and its influences on glucose and lipid metabolism and oxidative stress response.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin+rosuvastatin,and the observation group was treated with acarbose+rosuvastatin.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triacylglycerol(TG)and oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and 8-iso-prostaglandin F2 α(8-iso-PGF2α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of endothelin(ET)and circulating endothelial cell(CEC)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of nitric oxide(NO)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia can effectively regulate the level of glucose and lipid metabolism of patients,reduce oxidative stress injury,and protect vascular endothelial function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
