Effect of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influences on nerve factors,PTX3 and miR-199a
Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influences on nerve factors,PTX3 and miR-199a.Methods A total of 78 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from August 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different admission time,with 39 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment after admission,the control group was treated with conventional thrombolysis plus urinary kallidinogenase on this basis,and the observation group was treated with ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of myelin basic protein(MBP)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and level of the nerve growth factor(NGF)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of pentraxin 3(PTX3)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the relative expression of miR-199a was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with urinary kallidinogenase in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has satisfactory effect,it can effectively improve the levels of nerve factors of patients,regulate the level of PTX3 and the relative expression of miR-199a.
