Effect of remimazolam tosilate combined with sufentanil on patients undergoing gastroscopy and its influence on adverse reactions
Objective To explore the effect of remimazolam tosilate combined with sufentanil on patients undergoing gastroscopy and its influence on adverse reactions. Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing gastroscopy admitted from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to the random number table method. The control group was anesthetized with propofol combined with sufentanil, and the observation group was anesthetized with remimazolam tosilate combined with sufentanil. The sedative effect, hemodynamics, stress factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The onset time of sedation and the disappearance time of eyelash reflex in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, the recovery time and gastroscopy time were shorter than those in the control group, the incidence of intraoperative body movement reaction and the Modified Observer's Assessment of Alertness/Sedation Scale(MOAA/S)score were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After sedation, the pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2),heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the two groups were lower than those before sedation, but those of the observation group were higher than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 min of sedation(T1),the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),nitric oxide(NO)and norepinephrine(NE)in the two groups were higher than those before sedation(T0),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after awakening(T2),the levels of ACTH,NO and NE in the two groups were lower than those at T1,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at T1,the levels of ACTH,NO and NE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Remimazolam tosilate combined with sufentanil has a good application effect in patients undergoing gastroscopy, which can improve the sedative effect, shorten the anesthesia recovery time, alleviate hemodynamic fluctuations, reduce stress response, decrease adverse reactions, and has high safety.
