Clinical effect of five element magnetic suction needle combined with meridian guiding and leveling stimulation in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of five element magnetic suction needle combined with meridian guiding and leveling stimulation in the treatment of cerebral palsy in children.Methods The clinical data of 160 children with cerebral palsy treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the children were divided into control group and experimental group A,B and C according to the last even number of outpatient or inpatient number,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,the experimental group A received five element magnetic suction needle therapy on the basis of the control group,the experimental group B received meridian guiding and leveling stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group,and the experimental group C received five element magnetic suction needle combined with meridian guiding and leveling stimulation therapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of each group were compared.Results After treatment,the cerebral palsy comprehensive function score of the experimental group A and C was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the recovery rate of the experimental group A,B and C was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the degree of disability in the experimental group C was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group A,B and C was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level of nerve growth factor(NGF)was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the experimental group A,B and C were lower than those in the control group,and the level of NGF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The five element magnetic suction needle combined with meridian guiding and leveling stimulation can significantly improve the disability of children with cerebral palsy,improve the clinical treatment effect,and bring greater survival benefits for children;dynamic observation of serum CRP,IL-6 and NGF levels have reference value for disease judgment,clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of children with cerebral palsy.
