Application effect of nursing project action intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing project action intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 100 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received nursing project action intervention. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose levels, glycosylated hemoglobin, total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C)levels,anxiety,depression and stress scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while the high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C)level,scores of each dimension and total score of Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities(SDSCA)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing project action intervention can enhance the self-management behavior of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, improve the psychological status, and regulate the levels of glucose and lipid.
