Effects of cloud hospital nursing management model on compliance and adverse reactions of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with targeted drugs
Objective To explore the effects of cloud hospital nursing management model on compliance and adverse reactions of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with targeted drugs. Methods A total of 60 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who were treated with targeted drugs in the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled, the patients were divided into conventional group(n=30,traditional nursing management model was implemented)and cloud hospital group(n=30,cloud hospital nursing management model was implemented)by random number table method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The medication compliance of the cloud hospital group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);after intervention, the score of Srategies Used by People to Promote Health(SUPPH)in the two groups was higher than that before intervention, and those in the cloud hospital group were higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Ability Measurement Scale(ESCA)in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the cloud hospital group were higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The cloud hospital nursing management model can improve the medication compliance of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated with targeted drugs, and help to improve self-management efficiency and self-care ability.
