Effects of nursing based on IKAP model combined with positive psychological intervention on disease control and disease perception in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing based on information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)model combined with positive psychological intervention in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods A total of 70 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy admitted in our department from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given nursing based on IKAP model combined with positive psychological intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the level of thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of free triiodothyronine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the each dimension of Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of knowledge,attitude and practice,and Chinese version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing based on IKAP model combined with positive psychological intervention can improve the effect of disease control and disease perception in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy.
