Effects of home care guided by timing theory combined with stepwise respiratory training on home oxygen therapy behavior and respiratory function of pneumoconiosis patients
Objective To explore the effects of home care guided by timing theory combined with stepwise respiratory training on home oxygen therapy behavior and respiratory function of pneumoconiosis patients. Methods A total of 80 pneumoconiosis patients admitted from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given home care guided by timing theory combined with stepwise respiratory training. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of home oxygen therapy behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1),maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),oxygen saturation of blood(SpO2)and pH value in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the ST George's Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the 6 min walking distance was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The home care guided by timing theory combined with stepwise respiratory training can improve the home oxygen therapy behavior and respiratory function of pneumoconiosis patients, and elevate the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
