基于信息化管理平台的延续性护理结合任务导向性康复锻炼对手外伤患者上肢功能及康复锻炼执行的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于信息化管理平台的延续性护理结合任务导向性康复锻炼对手外伤患者上肢功能及康复锻炼执行的影响.方法 选取2020 年1月至 2022 年 1月收治的130 例手外伤患者,按护理方式差异将其分为对照组和观察组,各 65例.对照组施以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上施以基于信息化管理平台的延续性护理结合任务导向性康复锻炼.比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组的肌腱总主动活动度(TAM)及上肢功能指数(UEFI)、Fugl-Meyer上肢运动量表(U-FMA)评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的积极举动、康复配合评分高于对照组,消极举动评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 基于信息化管理平台的延续性护理结合任务导向性康复锻炼可改善手外伤患者的上肢功能,促进康复锻炼执行,也能提高患者的生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing based on information management platform combined with task-oriented rehabilitation exercise on upper limb function and rehabilitation exercise execution in patients with hand trauma.Methods A total of 130 patients with hand trauma admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given continuous nursing based on information management platform combined with task-oriented rehabilitation exercise on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the total active range of motion(TAM),the Upper Extremity Functional Index(UEFI)and Upper Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessmen(U-FMA)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of positive behavior and rehabilitation cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of negative behavior was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on information management platform combined with task-oriented rehabilitation exercise can improve the upper limb function in patients with hand trauma,promote the rehabilitation exercise execution,and improve the quality of life of patients.
