Effects of continuous nursing based on information management platform combined with task-oriented rehabilitation exercise on upper limb function and rehabilitation exercise execution in patients with hand trauma
Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing based on information management platform combined with task-oriented rehabilitation exercise on upper limb function and rehabilitation exercise execution in patients with hand trauma. Methods A total of 130 patients with hand trauma admitted from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given continuous nursing based on information management platform combined with task-oriented rehabilitation exercise on the basis of routine nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the total active range of motion(TAM),the Upper Extremity Functional Index(UEFI)and Upper Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessmen(U-FMA)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of positive behavior and rehabilitation cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the score of negative behavior was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on information management platform combined with task-oriented rehabilitation exercise can improve the upper limb function in patients with hand trauma, promote the rehabilitation exercise execution, and improve the quality of life of patients.
