Application effect of evidence-based emergency nursing pathway in patients with acute ischemic stroke
Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based emergency nursing pathway in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 150 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods, with 75 cases in each group. The control group received routine emergency nursing, while the observation group received evidence-based emergency nursing pathway on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The triage time, time from visit to venous blood collection, time from visit to thrombolysis and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the dynamic resistance(DR),wave velocity(Wv)and peripheral resistance(R)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the Acute Physiology and Chronic Health EvaluationⅡ(APACHEⅡ)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The vascular recanalization rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The evidence-based emergency nursing pathway can effectively improve the first aid efficiency and vascular recanalization rate of patients with acute ischemic stroke, improve brain hemodynamics, relieve coma and improve health status, which is worthy of promotion.
