Objective To explore the effects of progressive focus interview combined with empathy nursing on stigma and perceived stress in patients with prostate cancer after operation.Methods A total of 120 patients with prostate cancer after operation admitted from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given progressive focus interview combined with empathy nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the each dimension scores of Social Impact Scale(SIS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)and negative coping scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the positive coping score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the residual urine volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the maximum urinary flow rate,detrusor pressure at maximum urinary flow rate and bladder compliance were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive focus interview combined with empathy nursing can reduce the stigma and perceived stress of patients with prostate cancer after operation,correct the bad coping style and improve the urination function,which is worthy of promotion.
