Effects of all-round nursing mode based on feed-forward control theory on rehabilitation process and FMA score of postoperative patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture
Objective To explore the effects of all-round nursing based on feed-forward control theory on rehabilitation process and Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)score of postoperative patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 66 patients with intertrochanteric fracture admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given all-round nursing based on feed-forward control theory on the basis of routine nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and lower limb FMA in the two groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the joint mobility, deformity, function and pain scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion All-round nursing based on feed-forward control theory applied in postoperative patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture has significant effect.
