Application effect of operating room nursing mode based on ERAS concept in patients undergoing total hip replacement
Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing mode based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept in patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods A total of 80 patients with total hip replacement who were treated in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine operating room nursing, and the observation group was given operating room nursing mode based on ERAS concept. The postoperative recovery indexes, occurrence of complications, hip joint function, pain degree and stress response indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative ambulation time, first exhaust time, first defecation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the levels of noradrenaline(NE),C-reactive protein(CRP)and cortisol(Cor)in the two groups increased, but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The operating room nursing model based on ERAS concept can significantly reduce postoperative pain and stress response in patients undergoing total hip replacement, improve hip joint function, promote rehabilitation, and improve prognosis.
