Effects of diversified education combined with social relationship quality intervention on cognition,psychological distress degree and social relationship of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery
Objective To observe the effects of diversified education combined with social relationship quality intervention on cognition,psychological distress degree and social relationship of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery admitted in our hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode intervention after operation,and the experimental group was given diversified education combined with social relationship quality intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of disease cognition,treatment cognition,nursing cognition,rehabilitation cognition and psychological cognition in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of psychological distress degree in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Social Relational Quality Scale(SRQS)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified education combined with social relationship quality intervention can improve the cognition of disease control in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery,reduce psychological distress degree,improve social relations and enhance the quality of life.
