Effects of nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with Orem's self-care theory on the psychological resilience and self-care ability of patients with perianal abscess after operation
Objective To explore the effects of nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with Orem's self-care theory on the psychological resilience and self-care ability of patients with perianal abscess after operation. Methods From September 2020 to September 2022,86 patients with perianal abscess after operation were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group by digital method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with Orem's self-care theory intervention. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of functional areas and overall health areas in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of symptom areas were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Snyder's hope theory combined with Orem's self-care theory can improve the psychological resilience,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with perianal abscess after operation, and reduce complications.
