Objective To analyze the influence path of maternal social trust and psychological resilience on postpartum post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD).Methods Post-traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist-Civilian Version(PCL-C),Social Trust Scale(STS)and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to investigate 312 postpartum women. Results The postpartum PCL-C score was(26.82±10.23)points;the STS score was(26.55±5.22)points;the CD-RISC score was(91.56±25.56)points.Postpartum STS and CD-RISC scores were negatively correlated with PCL-C score(r=-0.177,-0.153,P<0.01),while STS score was positively correlated with CD-RISC score(r=0.446,P<0.01).The mediating effect of resilience between social trust and postpartum PTSD was not significant, and the mediating effect of social trust between resilience and postpartum PTSD was not significant. Conclusion Psychological resilience, social trust and postpartum PTSD are directly related to each other, that is,psychological resilience directly affects postpartum PTSD,social trust directly affects postpartum PTSD,and psychological resilience and social trust interact with each other.
