Objective To understand the hospital infection status of a top three teaching hospital in Shaanxi Province,and to provide data support for effective prevention and control of hospital infection.Methods According to the requirements of the quality control center of nosocomial infection management in Shaanxi Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine System,the cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate and analyze the nosocomial infection rate of inpatients in the hospital from 2016 to 2018.Results A total of 4 961 inpatients were investigated from 2016 to 2018.The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection from 2016 to 2018 were 1.82%,1.25%and 1.68%,respectively.The lower respiratory tract was the main site of nosocomial infection,followed by urinary tract and upper respiratory tract infection.The distribution of pathogents were mainly Acinetobacter baumannii,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli.Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection of the top three teaching hospitals is basically the same as the national average,but higher than that in Xi'an,suggesting that action should be taken to strengthen the prevention and control of hospital infection.
