Risk factors and preventive measures of vascular crisis after replantation of severed fingers:a retrospective study of 110 cases
Objective To analyze the risk factors of vascular crisis in 110 patients after replantation of severed fingers, and to formulate corresponding preventive measures. Methods A total of 110 patients with replantation of severed fingers in Zhengzhou Renji Hospital from January 2018 to June 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group(87 cases,no vascular crisis occurred)and observation group(23 cases, vascular crisis occurred)according to whether vascular crisis occurred after operation. The general data of the two groups were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis to screen out the related risk factors of vascular crisis after replantation of severed fingers. Results There were significant differences in gender, age, smoking history, transplanted vein, ischemia time, trauma type, disconnection plane and treatment time between the two groups(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and finger position between the two groups(P>0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that female,age<12 years old, smoking history, transplanted vein, ischemia time≥10 h,extrusion cutting, distal amputation, and treatment time≥1.5 h were independent risk factors for vascular crisis after replantation of severed fingers(P<0.05).Conclusion Female,age<12 years old, smoking history, transplanted vein, ischemia time≥10 h,extrusion cutting, distal amputation, and treatment time≥1.5 h are independent risk factors for vascular crisis after replantation of severed fingers.Clinically, attention should be paid to the implementation of corresponding preventive measures for high-risk patients to reduce the occurrence of vascular crisis and improve the prognosis of patients.
