Effect of T-hook pre-chopping nucleus combined with capsule fine processing technology in the treatment of high myopia with cataract and its influence on visual quality
Objective To investigate the effect of T-hook pre-chopping nucleus combined with capsule fine processing technology in the treatment of high myopia with cataract and its influence on visual quality.Methods A total of 120 patients with high myopia and cataract admitted from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification,and the observation group was treated with T-hook pre-chopping nucleus combined with capsule fine processing technology on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of watching TV,reading and writing,night vision and fine operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after operation,there were no significant differences in the proportion of corneal endothelial hexagonal cells and corneal endothelial cell density between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion T-hook pre-chopping nucleus combined with capsule fine processing technology can improve the visual acuity improvement effect and visual quality of patients with high myopia with cataract,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of promotion.
