Imaging classification and clinical features of anterior cerebral artery territory infarction
Objective To explore the imaging classification and clinical features of anterior cerebral artery(ACA)territory infarction. Methods Baseline data, clinical symptoms and imaging findings of patients with ACA territory infarction were collected, and the patients were divided into three types:deep infarction type, cortical infarction type and mixed infarction type according to the imaging signs. Results There were 9 cases of deep infarction,16 cases of cortical infarction and 12 cases of mixed infarction in 37 patients with ACA territory infarction. The incidence of speech disorder in patients with deep infarction was higher than that in patients with cortical infarction(P<0.05).There was significant difference in proportion of limb weakness among the three types of ACA territory infarction(P<0.05);the incidence of limb weakness in patients with cortical infarction and mixed infarction was higher than that in patients with deep infarction(P<0.05).Conclusion Cortical infarction is common type of ACA territory infarction, and there are differences in speech and limb dysfunction among cortical infarction, deep infarction and mixed infarction.
