Effect of Yunkang oral liquid combined with progesterone on patients with habitual abortion and its influence on E2 level
Objective To explore the effect of Yunkang oral liquid combined with progesterone on patients with habitual abortion and its influence on estradiol(E2)level.Methods A total of 100 patients with habitual abortion who were admitted in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the observation group was treated with Yunkang oral liquid combined with progesterone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of E2,progesterone(P),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of E2,P,β-HCG and FSH in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal hemostasis time,lower abdominal pain regression time,abdominal distension symptom regression time,lumbar acid symptom regression time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of soluble human leukocyte antigen-G(sHLA-G),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and progesterone-induced blocking factor(PIBF)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of sHLA-G,TGF-β1 and PIBF in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunkang oral liquid combined with progesterone can improve the hormones and immune indexes levels of patients with habitual abortion,and promote the regression of disease symptoms,which is worthy of promotion.
