目的 研究窄谱强脉冲光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮的效果及对免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平和皮肤屏障功能的影响.方法 选取2018 年1月至2021 年1月我院收治的 120 例玫瑰痤疮患者,根据不同治疗方法将其分为对照组和观察组,各 60 例.对照组采用盐酸米诺环素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗.比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的红斑、丘疹脓疱、毛细血管扩张及瘙痒评分均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及降钙素原(PCT)水平均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的IgG、IgM水平均明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,两组的经皮水分流失量(TEWL)、红斑数量均降低,表皮含水量、油脂均升高,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 窄谱强脉冲光联合盐酸米诺环素治疗玫瑰痤疮效果显著,可缓解患者的临床症状,减轻炎症反应,改善免疫功能及皮肤屏障功能,值得临床推广应用.
Effect of narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of rosacea and its influences on IgG,IgM levels and skin barrier function
Objective To study the effect of narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of rosacea and its influences on immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels and skin barrier function.Methods A total of 120 patients with rosacea admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of erythema,papule pustules,telangiectasia and pruritus in the two groups significantly decreased,those in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IgG and IgM in the two groups significantly decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL)and the number of erythema in the two groups decreased,the skin water content and grease increased,those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light combined with minocycline hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of rosacea,it can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce inflammation,and improve immune function and skin barrier function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
