Objective To study the clinical effect of Tongluo Yishen prescription combined with finerenone in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Methods A total of 40 patients with DKD diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with finerenone,and the observation group was treated with Tongluo Yishen prescription combined with finerenone.The renal function indexes,inflammation factors,oxidative stress indexes,clinical efficacy and medication safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),microalbuminuria(mALB),urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio(UACR)and 24-h urinary protein excretion(UP-24 h)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),malondialdehyde(MDA)and high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of superoxide dismutase(SOD)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo Yishen prescription combined with finerenone in the treatment of patients with DKD can effectively control urinary protein,reduce inflammatory reaction,and improve oxidative stress level.
