Application effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint massage and acupoint patching in stroke patients and its influences on Barthel index and NIHSS score
Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint massage and acupoint patching in stroke patients and its influences on Barthel index and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score. Methods A total of 150 stroke patients who were treated from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group(75 cases, rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(75 cases, acupoint massage and acupoint patching on the basis of the control group). The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the level of cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the level of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the upper limb and lower limb muscle strength scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of upper limb and lower limb of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the Barthel index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint massage and acupoint patching can effectively improve the levels of cGMP,cAMP and neurological function of stroke patients, elevate limb muscle strength and improve the activity of daily living.
