Influences of TCM emotional intervention combined with diet based on syndrome differentiation on mood state and disease control in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To analyze the influences of TCM emotional intervention combined with diet based on syndrome differentiation on mood state and disease control in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 168 patients with coronary heart disease admitted from January 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 84 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given TCM emotional intervention combined with diet based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the proportion of cardiac function gradeⅠ in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the proportions of grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of thrombospondin-1(TSP-1),platelet-activating factor(PAF)and platelet aggregation rate(PAR)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional intervention combined with diet based on syndrome differentiation applied in nursing of patients with coronary heart disease can ameliorate the mood state, platelet activation function and disease control effect, which is worthy of promotion.
