Objective To explore the influences of empathy intervention model on postpartum emotional status and depression occurrence in cesarean section women. Methods A total of 60 parturients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects. The parturients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given empathy intervention model on the basis of the control group. The emotional status, psychological resilience, incidence of postpartum depression and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum depression and the total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The empathy intervention model can significantly improve the control effect of negative emotions in cesarean section women, effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum depression, and elevate their psychological resilience,so as to help them more actively cooperate with nursing and treatment.
