Infuences of online group cognitive management based on WeChat platform on disease knowledge,belief and behavior and disease self-management ability of patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy
Objective To explore the application effect of online group cognitive management based on WeChat platform in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods A total of 86 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to February 2022 were selected for study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given online group cognitive management based on WeChat platform on the basis of the nursing plan of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Rating Scale of Health Self-Management Skill for Adults(AHSMSRS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The online group cognitive management based on WeChat platform applied to the nursing management of patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy can not only improve the level of disease knowledge,belief and behavior and disease self-management ability of patients,but also promote the recovery of thyroid function and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
