基于微信平台的线上团体认知管理对妊娠期甲减患者疾病知信行及疾病自我管理能力的影响

中文摘要：目的探讨基于微信平台的线上团体认知管理在妊娠期甲减患者中的应用效果.方法选择2019年4月至 2022 年 2 月我院接收的 86 例妊娠期甲减患者进行研究,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,各43 例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上加施基于微信平台的线上团体认知管理.比较两组的干预效果.结果干预后,观察组的知识、信念及行为评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)各维度评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).干预后,观察组的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、促甲状腺激素受体抗体(TRAb)水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组的不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论基于微信平台的线上团体认知管理用于妊娠期甲减患者护理管理中,不仅可提高患者的疾病知信行水平及疾病自我管理能力,还能促进甲状腺功能恢复,减少不良妊娠结局.

外文摘要：Objective To explore the application effect of online group cognitive management based on WeChat platform in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy.Methods A total of 86 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to February 2022 were selected for study.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given online group cognitive management based on WeChat platform on the basis of the nursing plan of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of knowledge,belief and behavior in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Rating Scale of Health Self-Management Skill for Adults(AHSMSRS)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and thyroid stimulating hormone receptor antibody(TRAb)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The online group cognitive management based on WeChat platform applied to the nursing management of patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy can not only improve the level of disease knowledge,belief and behavior and disease self-management ability of patients,but also promote the recovery of thyroid function and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
