Effect of nurse-led family support model combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education on self-care ability in maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-led family support model combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education in maintenance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 218 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 109 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given nurse-led family support model combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education intervention on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of autologous arteriovenous fistula function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the KT/V and urea reduction rate(URR)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led family support model combined with knowledge-attitude-practice health education can promote maintenance hemodialysis patients to improve the function of autologous arteriovenous fistula, and elevate compliance,self-care ability and dialysis quality.
