Clinical application value of functional exercise based on rehabilitation path combined with positive psychological intervention in minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation
Objective To explore the clinical application value of functional exercise based on rehabilitation path combined with positive psychological intervention in minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given functional exercise based on rehabilitation path combined with positive psychological intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of positive behavior and rehabilitation nursing cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of abandonment behavior was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the physiological,psychological and social adaptability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional exercise based on rehabilitation path combined with positive psychological intervention can improve the psychological elasticity and rehabilitation exercise enthusiasm of patients with minimally invasive surgery for lumbar disc herniation,promote pain relief and functional improvement,and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
