Application effect of teamwork nursing program combined with emotional intervention in patients with colon cancer radical surgery
Objective To observe the application effect of teamwork nursing program combined with emotional intervention in patients with colon cancer radical surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with radical resection of colon cancer admitted from August 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of matching the basic data of the two groups,the patients were divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given teamwork nursing program combined with emotional intervention.The recovery of gastrointestinal function,quality of life,negative state,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The anal exhaust time,gastric tube removal time and general food recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of mental state,subjective symptoms,physiological function,social activities and daily life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 4.44%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.56%,which was higher than 82.22%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teamwork nursing program combined with emotional intervention is beneficial to reduce the discomfort of patients with colon cancer radical surgery,improve the mental state,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.It has high practical value and is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
