Application of online and offline mixed diversified teaching mode in the teaching of Orthodontics course for undergraduate international students in stomatology
Objective To explore the application effect of online and offline mixed diversified teaching mode in the teaching of Orthodontics course for undergraduate international students in stomatology.Methods From 2020 to 2023,undergraduate international students of grade 2015-2018(grade 5)of School of Stomatology of Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected as the research objects.The students of grade 2015 and 2016 were selected as the control group(18 cases,traditional teaching mode),and the students of grade 2017 and 2018 were selected as the experimental group(28 cases,online and offline mixed diversified teaching mode).The teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of learning interest and classroom performance of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the classroom participation score of teachers in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The course assessment score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline mixed diversified teaching mode can improve the students'academic level and the teaching effect of Orthodontics course to a certain extent.
