基于情境模拟的儿科临床实践课程设计与实施研究

目的 探讨情境模拟教学方式在儿科临床实践课程中的应用效果.方法 从河北医科大学2022 届临床医学专业的两个班级中各抽取60名学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各 60名.对照组采用常规教学方式,试验组采用情境模拟教学方式.比较两组的综合考试能力评分及教学满意度.结果 试验组的课前专业知识准备、情境模拟演练、课后理论考试及平常表现评分高于对照组(P<0.05).试验组的教学满意度高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 情境模拟教学方式对儿科临床实践课程教学有显著促进作用,能够提高学生的综合考试能力及教学满意度.
Objective To explore the application effect of situational simulation teaching method in pediatrics department clinical practice curriculum.Methods Sixty students were selected from two classes of 2022 clinical medicine major of Hebei Medical University as the research objects,and the students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted the situational simulation teaching method.The comprehensive examination ability score and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of pre-class professional knowledge preparation,situational simulation exercise,after-school theoretical examination and usual performance in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Situational simulation teaching method has a significant role in promoting the teaching of pediatrics department clinical practice curriculum,and can improve students'comprehensive examination ability and teaching satisfaction.
