Objective To explore the effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS)and its influence on hemodynamics. Methods A total of 60 AIS patients admitted from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone, and the study group was treated with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the plasma viscosity, platelet aggregation index and middle cerebral artery pulsatility index(PI)in the two groups decreased, the middle cerebral artery peak systolic velocity(PSV)and end diastolic velocity(EDV)increased, and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in the two groups decreased, the levels of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)and fms-like tyrosine kinase receptor-1(FLK-1)increased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the two groups decreased, and that in the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with edaravone can regulate the hemodynamics and serum indexes of AIS patients, reduce the damage of nerve function, and benefit the prognosis of the disease, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
