摘要

目的 通过汉中市 2020 年医疗卫生机构实验室的梅毒血清学质量评价活动,了解医疗卫生机构实验室的梅毒血清学检测水平,分析影响检测能力的相关因素和存在问题.方法 每家实验室发放5 份梅毒血清质控品,考核内容包括梅毒特异性抗体定性试验、梅毒非特异性抗体定性和定量试验共 3 种检测项目.统计分析各医疗卫生机构实验室的检测结果.结果 全市共39 家医疗卫生机构实验室参加了此次梅毒血清学质量评价活动,其中优秀21 家,良好13 家,合格2 家,不合格3 家.梅毒螺旋体血清学试验和非梅毒螺旋体血清学定性试验符合率一致,均为 97.44%,非梅毒螺旋体血清学定量试验符合率只有56.41%.结论 汉中市医疗卫生机构实验室梅毒血清学检测能力总体较好,但非梅毒螺旋体血清学定量检测能力还有待提高.

Abstract

Objective To understand serological detection level of syphilis in the laboratories of medical and health institutions through the syphilis serological quality evaluation activities in the laboratories of medical and health institutions in Hanzhong city in 2020,and analyze the related factors and existing problems affecting the detection ability.Methods Five copies of syphilis serum quality control products of each laboratory were issued,and the assessment content included three kinds of detection items:qualitative test of syphilis specific antibody,qualitative and quantitative test of syphilis non-specific antibody.The test results of each medical and health institution laboratories were statistically analyzed.Results A total of 39 laboratories of medical and health institutions in the city participated in the syphilis serological quality evaluation activity,of which 21 were excellent,13 were good,2 were qualified,and 3 were unqualified.The coincidence rate of Treponema pallidum serological test and non-Treponema pallidum serological qualitative test was 97.44%,and the coincidence rate of non-Treponema pallidum serological quantitative test was only 56.41%.Conclusion The serological detection ability of syphilis in the laboratories of medical and health institutions in Hanzhong city is generally good,but the quantitative detection ability of non-Treponema p allidum still needs to be improved.
