Effect of ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with intramural uterine fibroids and its influence on prognosis
Objective To analyze the effect of ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with intramural uterine fibroids and its influence on prognosis. Methods A total of 76 patients with intramural uterine fibroids admitted in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into traditional group(38 cases, traditional laparotomy treatment)and minimally invasive group(38 cases, ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy treatment)according to different treatment schemes. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss in the minimally invasive group was less than that in the traditional group, and the operation time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications during hospitalization in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).After operation, the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the minimally invasive group were lower than those in the traditional group, and the levels of estrogen(E2),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),hepatocyte growth factor(HGF),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)were higher than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).After operation, the ovarian volume, number of ovarian antral follicles and pulse index(PI)in the minimally invasive group were higher than those in the traditional group, and the endometrial thickness and resistance index(RI)were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy in the treatment of patients with intramural uterine fibroids can achieve ideal results.
