Objective To analyze the effects of micro-implant anchorage nail combined with sliding method and closing curve method in the treatment of Angle's class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. Methods A total of 80 patients with Angle's class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion admitted in our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random method, the patients were divided into closing curve group(micro-implant anchorage nail combined with closing curve method)and sliding group(micro-implant anchorage nail combined with sliding method),with 40 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the ANB angle,Wits value,FMA angle and IMPA angle of the sliding group were smaller than those of the closing curve group, and the Z angle and FMIA angle were larger than those of the closing curve group(P<0.05).After treatment, the gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI),plaque index(PLI)scores, probing depth(PD)and attachment loss(AL)in the sliding group were lower than those in the closing curve group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the sliding group was lower than that in the closing curve group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in anterior and posterior tooth consumption anchorage between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the micro-implant anchorage nail combined with closing curve method, the micro-implant anchorage nail combined with sliding method in the treatment of Angle's class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion can improve the malocclusion and periodontal indexes, achieve significant orthodontic treatment effect, and has low incidence of adverse events.
