少腹逐瘀汤加减结合艾灸治疗痛经的效果

摘要
目的 探讨少腹逐瘀汤加减结合艾灸治疗痛经的效果.方法 选取 2019 年 10 月至 2022 年 10 月就诊的 60 例痛经患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30 例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(30 例,在对照组基础上添加少腹逐瘀汤加减结合艾灸治疗).比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,观察组的黄体生成激素、卵泡生成激素、雌二醇、催乳激素水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组的行经时间短于对照组,痛经症状评分及痛经持续时间评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 少腹逐瘀汤加减结合艾灸治疗痛经的效果显著,可明显提高患者的疼痛控制效果,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of modified Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods From October 2019 to October 2022,60 patients with dysmenorrhea who were visited the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(30 cases,conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(30 cases,modified Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol and prolactin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the prostaglandin E2(PGE2)level and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the dysmenorrhea symptom score and dysmenorrhea duration score were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of dysmenorrhea has a significant effect,which can significantly improve the pain control effect of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
