Effects of Gushen Antai pills combined with low molecular weight heparin and low-dose aspirin on prethrombotic state and Th17/Treg in patients with recurrent abortion
Objective To investigate the effects of Gushen Antai pills combined with low molecular weight heparin and low-dose aspirin on prethrombotic state and helper T cell 17(Th17)/regulatory T cell(Treg)in patients with recurrent abortion. Methods A total of 80 patients with recurrent abortion who were admitted from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin and low-dose aspirin, and the observation group was treated with Gushen Antai pills on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the protein C(PC),protein S(PS)and antithrombin-Ⅲ(AT-Ⅲ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of D-dimer(D-D)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the Th17 and Th17/Treg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the Treg was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gushen Antai pills combined with low molecular weight heparin and low-dose aspirin can not only regulate the prethrombotic state of patients with recurrent abortion, but also improve the Th17/Treg index, with fewer adverse reactions.
