摘要
目的 评估运用"叶天士辛甘温养奇经法"治疗月经过少患者的临床效果.方法 选取2023年1月至6月我院 53例月经过少患者为研究对象,采用自拟"辛甘温养奇经方"加减进行治疗,连续治疗3 个月后进行效果评估.结果 痊愈22例,占比41.51%;好转24例,占比45.28%;无效7例,占比13.21%.治疗总有效率为86.79%.结论 运用"叶天士辛甘温养奇经法"治疗月经过少患者的临床效果满意,值得在临床当中推广及应用.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of using"Ye Tianshi Xingan Wenyang Qijing method"in the treatment of hypomenorrhea patients.Methods From January to June 2023,53 patients with hypomenorrhea of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the self-made"Xingan Wenyang Qijing prescription"modified and subtraction was used for treatment.The effect was evaluated after 3 months of continuous treatment.Results 22 cases were cured,accounting for 41.51%;24 cases were improved,accounting for 45.28%;7 cases were ineffective,accounting for 13.21%.The total effective rate of treatment was 86.79%.Conclusion Using"Ye Tianshi Xingan Wenyang Qijing method"in the treatment of hypomenorrhea patients has satisfactory clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
