Clinical effect of motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in the treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in the treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From March 2022 to March 2023,82 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into conventional group and observation group according to different treatment schemes, with 41 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with oxytocin injection, and the observation group was treated with motherwort injection on the basis of the conventional group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the contraction amplitude, contraction frequency and contraction activity of lower uterine segment smooth muscle in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).At 48 and 72 h after delivery, the amount of bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak systolic velocity(PSV)and resistance index(RI)in the observation group were higher than those in the conventional group, and the pulse index(PI)was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).At 2 and 3 d after delivery, the uterine fundus height and uterine volume in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions during medication between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Motherwort injection combined with oxytocin in the treatment of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage can achieve safe and efficient clinical effiect.
