Effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy and its influence on coagulation function
Objective To analyze the effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP)and its influence on coagulation function. Methods A total of 78 patients with HDCP admitted in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment options, the patients were divided into control group(39 cases, magnesium sulfate)and study group(39 cases, labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT)and prothrombin time(PT)in the study group were longer than those in the control group, the pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI)were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate has a significant effect in the treatment of HDCP,it can better regulate the coagulation function and arterial blood flow of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, which is worthy of promotion.
